Product reviews are only charged for once approval is complete. So, you can build up products in your own time in the online filing structure without incurring any cost. To keep the process flexible and user-friendly, the Product Schedule keeps a record of the status of all your projects along with confirmation when they have been invoiced.

As per the agreed pricing, we operate a separate pricing breakdown which allows you the ability to add and remove products/markets as and when needed. Stage 2 (Market Representation – AR Service) invoices are raised at the end of the month, where the invoice will have the monthly charge and any consultation will be listed or invoiced* separately. (* depending on the product area)

Please note that if you terminate work on a product after we have carried out significant work but before an Approval is issued, we reserve the right to invoice for the work completed up to the termination date. We will issue an invoice for the work, payable in full within 28 days. Your dedicated regulatory consultant will determine what constitutes “significant work” based on time, resources, and effort invested.

Invoices raised will normally have supporting documentation attached, but feel free to raise any queries with your nominated regulatory expert or email [email protected]. Products that start AR Service mid-month are billed pro-rata in the 1st month.

Time savings can reduce your costs. By correctly filing and completing the Product Schedule, you can benefit financially. Providing more information upfront allows us to manage time more efficiently, avoiding the need for overtime or costly processes to meet deadlines.

We encourage early updates on upcoming products and can review them up to 3 months in advance. We will not apply AR monthly charges until the product is ready to ship. Product approval is confirmed by a certificate from our regulatory expert. At CERT, we strive to be flexible and accommodate different working styles, provided they contribute to efficient product development.

To prevent the Stage 1 review from becoming a bottleneck in your development process, we kindly ask that you communicate with us early to allow sufficient time for product reviews. The time required for approval depends on the complexity and completeness of the information provided.

Incomplete product files will delay approval. If all necessary documentation is included, verification will proceed smoothly; without it, we cannot assess the product.
