How the Bank of Time (BoT) works:
We offer a “Bank of Time” option in your online Product Schedule, allowing you to purchase consultancy time in advance for consultation on projects that are not supported by the agreed Market Representation (Authorised Representation) service.
Having the BoT allows us to quickly step in and provide support when needed, without incurring the additional administration of agreeing extra requirements. The process can be used on an ad-hoc basis and is as simple as requesting support with a query via email.
Time is billed in 15-minute increments, rounded to the nearest quarter-hour, and can be used flexibly as needed without the hassle of setting up a separate project request each time. Simply reach out via email or phone to make an inquiry. We prefer to respond by email to minimize time and cost, but we can accommodate alternative methods if desired. After each response, we log the time used and update your available remaining balance, which is also logged in the Product Schedule on the tab Bank of Time (BoT).
The Bank of Time (BoT) pricing is listed in your Schedule if you would like to purchase consultation time.
Time which is not used up after your consultations are finished can be refunded on request.
To book consultancy time, you can go to your Schedule and follow these steps:
The Bank of Time can be quickly accessed by clicking on the Bank of Time (BoT)Remaining option on the Product Schedule on the main page. There is also a quick summary of the consultation time left underneath the button.

Note: Your Product Schedule may vary in layout depending on the product area you specialise in.

When you have opened the Bank of Time, the table on the right hand-side is where you add more consultation time. Fill in the the yellow headed columns with the date and how much time (minutes) you would like to add.

Once you have filled in these details, a link will appear in the column “Notify” – click on this link, and either send the email without any changes, or put notes into the email if you want to specify what the time is being booked for and detail your question if you prefer the communication via email.
This Bank of Time can be used for any form of consultation: Online Meetings; Telephone Consultation; Email Support; Formal Reports or in Person Training and Consultation.
If you rather have a call from your consultant, either book time for a call via the calendar links in your consultant’s diary, or visit https://certlabel.com/hello/ to find the consultant you are working with and choose “Make a direct appointment” to advance to the calendar of your consultant.
After the call or the reply to the email the consultant will enter the used time into the schedule, which then calculates your remaining time credit. The Bank of Time has a two-year shelf-life although this is flexible and if being used is readily extended if needed. Any time that is not used or if the service is cancelled, the remaining time is refunded to the account the payment is made from.
