Chidi (Clarity Regulatory) and Craig (CERTLabel) combined forces to be able to provide a more diverse and comprehensive support for clients. Many clients need support for both food and supplements and sometimes non-food products as well. Rather than employ more internal staff, it made more sense to support each other’s clients.
Employing the same skill-set and experience would incur large overheads which would affect the value of the service we can provide.
So you can treat us as one and the same.
